All applicants must include the following:

Personal Public Service Number (i.e. RSI No.) must be included on the application
Form
Copy of most recent school report/examination results, if applicable.
Two passport photographs.
Applicants should be submitted to the college by 1st August. However, late applications will also be considered, subject to vacancies. Leaving Certificate results (where applicable) to be forwarded upon receipt.
The Institute will confirm course offers when results are made available. Students must attend Registration in late August. As course places are limited, early application and prompt acceptance of places is recommended.
COURSE FEES
There are no tuition fees for EU nationals enrolling on the full time PLC courses currently offered in MIFET,
as they are supported by the European Social Fund.
Students may need to pay for some of the following,
depending on their course choice:
books, field trips, specialist equipment (e.g. hairdressing and beauty kits), student services, registration charges by professional bodies and examination fees.
Medical card holders are exempt from paying the FETAC examination fee. In line with the Department of
Education guidelines, tuition fees for Non-EU/EEA nationals participating on PLC courses is 3,653 euro per
annum.
